Robert D. Hiday, Esquire

A native of Jacksonville, Mr. Hiday served as a police officer while attending
college. He went on to attend law school and graduated from the University
of Florida College of Law in 1980. As an Assistant State Attorney for the
Fourth Judicial Circuit, he used his unique combination of formal education
and inside understanding of the legal system to serve the community. During
his tenure with the state, Mr. Hiday handled complex organized crime cases.
He served on Governor assignments, and was a specially appointed Assistant
U.S. Attorney. Recognizing the need for a quality creditor's firm, he started
the firm in 1984. He has been an active speaker and lecturer for various
organizations, always promoting creditors rights. He is an active member of the following
organizations:
Mr. Hiday has been admitted to practice before all federal
courts throughout Florida, and has extensive trial experience.
He is married and has four children. He has served on the Board
of Directors of the International Credit Association. His hobbies
include woodworking, boating, motorcycling and computers. He
