Mr. Merrigan is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law
(J.D. 1988) and the Emory University School of Law (LLM Taxation
1989). He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989,
and the Georgia Bar since 1997. He is admitted to the U.S.
Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts throughout Florida.
Ed has worked throughout Florida during his legal
career and has many years of experience in creditors rights
issues. He also serves as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, and
has served his country honorably in the Iraq conflict.
